We brought Yonder Star to Vessel Works in the middle of winter for a full repaint. To be able to finish the job on budget despite the weather is a testament to the expertise of Vessel Works and the contractors of the Tauranga Marine Precinct.

Great communications from the team prior to arrival. Especially the phone calls prior to getting to Tauranga – First point of contact at other yards is usually as we were driving into the Slip Bay, so early contact was appreciated.

Scaffold and wrap, full repaint, tune up of gensets and main engine, rebuild of water pumps and heat exchangers, hull and port hole corrosion repairs, capping rail strip and revarnish, bow thruster repairs, tender repaint and reupholster
